NeurOptimal® is training. Training builds through repetition.
Ten sessions is enough for the change to last, not slip back between visits.
Committing to ten sessions gives you the greatest chance at stable shifts — most people who book them one at a time stop around four.

The Cadence

Why consecutive weeks

Ten sessions in ten weeks and ten sessions across four months are not the same thing.
Sessions build on each other. Long gaps let the effect settle back.
You book one standing slot for the whole arc. Reschedule if you need to — nothing gets dropped.

A short checklist at session 1, re-scored at 5 and 10. You can see what's actually changing.
Tom texts the day after each of your first three sessions.
A review at week 10 — what moved, what's next, including nothing.

Helping professionals and students

Sydney has counseled in Grand Junction for years and teaches a nine-week Resilience course for people in service work. The people doing those jobs here are under more strain with fewer resources.
